Easy gourmet // crispy dumplings with tuille and chili mayo

I love elevating my food to gourmet level with practically zero effort so that’s what we’re doing today

  • Take 90 grams of water
  • 40 grams of oil
  • And 12 grams of flour

My anti-food waste dumpling recipe

Aaaand shake that together because we’re making a dumpling tuille. I promise, measuring is the only real effort here. Other than that it’s just about trusting the process. Let the water evaporate and you’re left with a crunchy tuille. I served my dumplings with chopped spring onion and a chilli mayo. This is perfect as a starter dish or as one element in a bigger meal. Today it was just my lunch, meaning I could have had 19 of these. One of the best things about putting together a beautiful dish is how delicious it is to destroy, it is so satisfying.

nyway, what are you waiting for, start elevating dishes for yourself, or to impress our guests, I’ll be making another batch right away
