You’ll need:
- 1 red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsps of tomato paste
- 2 tsp of red pesto
- 1 tsp of ground chili in oil
- 2 tsp of lime juice
- 200 ml of oat cream
- 1 cup of spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pasta of choice

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Finely chop the onions and garlic and fry on a pan in olive oil until golden brown. Add the pesto, tomato paste, and ground chili and mix them well together. Add the spinach. Slowly add the oat cream and stir together. Once the pasta is al dente add 100-150 ml of pasta water and stir while bringing the sauce to a slight boil. Let the starches react in the sauce, then add the pasta. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste, and serve.
