Hello everybody! I am here with another recipe! It is a pizza, and yes it has (vegan!) nuggets on it, I have no shame. I had my first vegan pizza last year in London, and it had a lot of quite unconventional toppings on it. Ever since I have been craving the same thing. Bbq sauce, cauliflower and rosemary will perhaps sound odd to some, but don’t knock it until you try it – it is absolutely amazing! I have several other recipes that would help with this pizza, and I’ve included links to all of them.

Minimal packaging: Tomato sauce and bbq sauce are both easy to find in glass containers, in most supermarket, so that is quite easy to locate without any plastic. The vegan nuggets are from LikeMeat comes in a cardboard box, an option which I love. I use them for a lot of dishes because of the plastic-free packaging. I used a vegan cheese from Follow Your Heart, which did come in plastic though, so this is not completely plastic free.

I am one of those people that hate trying new toppings on my pizza – if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it. At this moment these are my go-to toppings.
Starting off by making the pizza dough from scratch, it is super easy and also it’s way better than any store-bought option.
I spread the tomato sauce on the dough, followed by the vegan cheese, and then the bbq sauce in small drops.

I pan fried the nuggets ever so slightly before chopping them into smaller pieces and adding them as toppings.
Also, chopping up the cauliflower and adding them on to the drop of bbq sauce. I drizzle the pizza with oregano before baking it, and rosemary after baking it.
