Spontaneous Vegan Chocolate Oat Cookies

Hello everybody! A few nights ago I was in this insane snack-ish mood, however I rarely keep sweets in my apartment, and almost never store-bought sweets. Instead, I have this insanely easy cookie recipe that you can make with stuff you would usually find in any pantry.

You’ll need:

1 cup of flour, 1 cup of oats, ½ a cup of sugar, ½ a cup of cocoa powder, ½ a cup of nuts , 50 grams vegan butter, 1 tbsp vanilla

This is how you do it: Melt the butter. Mix it with sugar, whisk until well-combined. Add half the flour, then oats and nuts. Mix again. Add cocoa and vanilla and the rest of the flour. Roll the dough into balls and place them on an oven sheet. Bake for 12 minutes (or until the surface is firm) at 200 degrees celsius. Let them cool, or you know, burn your mouth trying to eat them too early. I always stick with the last option.
