Hello everybody! I can talk about vegan mac ‘n’ TEASE (eh? eh? eh?) until the day I die, and I think I have to because this recipe is what is always super requested from you. No problem, we’ll talk some more about it. It is one of those things that I serve people who have very little experience with vegan food. Because it shows the more comfort-foodie side of veganism. It’s not always hemp seeds and quinoa, we have fun too lol.

Boil a medium-sized potato and one carrot. Chop it and add it to a blender, slightly cooled, with 2 cups of plant milk, a bit of starch and some bouillon. Blend until smooth. Then add about ½ a cup of nutritional yeast, 1 tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp of garlic powder, ½ a tsp of nutmeg and lastly ½ a tsp of turmeric. Blend again and add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over cooked pasta and eat it right away – or let it roast in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 C for a nice cooked surface.
