My Favourite Bread // Recipe

Hello everybody!I’ve been better and better at sharing recipes, although they are not super complicated, nor super elaborate, I still hope they can be useful for some. I love cooking, and I always had, but even more so after I went vegan. It is amazing to re-create recipes and make them vegan. Also, it is super flippin’ easy.

I store my baked goods and bread in glass jars. I let the bread cool with the lid off and once it is cool, I close the lid up. I have found that storing bread this way is really working for me, and my bread stays fresh for longer than it would in a bread box or in a plastic bag.

The ingredients include: 25g of yeast, 2 cups of oat milk, 1 tsp of sugar, ½ a tsp of salt, ½ a tsp of turmeric, 1 cup of fresh spinach, 3-4 cups of flour

How to bake it: Blend the oat milk and the spinach until it forms a thick juice. Mix the juice with the sugar and salt, add in the yeast and mix it until combined. Add in the flour little by little until you are able to knead the dough. Knead for about 5 minutes and set the dough aside to rise for 30-50 minutes.

After the dough has been rising, knead it again and form it into either one loaf of bread or buns, or whatever you like. I have used this recipe for all different kinds of bread, it works great in all shapes and sizes. Place the bread on a baking tray and bake it for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius.
